If they were fucking up before that, then screw 'em. From how the story reads, I'd say it's just kids doing stupid kid shit. But if they were being little shits before this, then they deserve whatever they get. I'd even go as far as to see if you couldn't press charges against the parents. People seriously over-react these days to the littlest fucking thing...but it's important to recognize sociopathy at an early age.
