I would try to relocate the sensor to it's stock position...or close to it. Moving it too much can't be good. As for the tube, if you absolutely can't maintain it on the intake, I'd plug it. The belt on the smog pump isn't going to rob you of any serious horsepower, but if you want to take it off I suppose that's an option. As for the heater, it shouldn't have anything to do with the A/C. The heater should have inlet/outlet hoses from the radiator to the heater core and use it's own seperate blower fan for heat. But then again...what do I know about RX-7s?
