geez, haha, i dunno. i usually just call a guy with a civic like that a ricer. a true ricer actually. he's the kind of guy who would choose a civic with dual can exhaust over a lamborghini. haha, a kind of ricer who would race a z06 and think he is going to win because he just put 102 octane fuel into his stock car. haha.
this kill cracked me up, sometimes ill go out in the night and search for a civic like you mentioned just to shut him up.
