Original md tech is old, yeah. Do you see anyone using that stuff? No. It never ceases to surprise me that you never admit to your mistakes. Pull your own head out dude...stop nit-picking. If md is old, according to you, then mp3's are dinosaurs.
Im not saying ipod sucks. I dont know where your getting that from. Ipod is great...for what it is...a giant portable hd. Ive concidered getting one since even before they made them pc compatable. Then I realized theyre seriously flawed. - Here's a crap load of songs...I'll stash them on a portable hd. Cool. Ok now try to find songs purely based on alph/numerical order. Ok not bad. Oh wait...you only get a jog dial and an enter button. Hmm...this isnt as easy as it started out to be...almost a pain in the ass when you want to listen to say Talib Kweli and youre at 2pac. I find it a pain to try to get to that on 60songs w/ my jog dial (and it skips quickly).
Have you ever held a 40gb ipod? How about a 20gb? Have you ever tried to run w/ something of that weight? Probably not. I have...its not exactly something Id call comfortable when something of that heft is boucing around. I'll stick to lightweight, cheaper, more versatile items.
You know...I think you must just have md-envy. Go out, get one, be satisfied. Your sig used to say life is too short for drama...guess thats why you removed it; you love to start problems.
