iPods run: 15gb $299 / 20gb $399 / 40gb $499 / Ipod mini 4gb $259

they are nice but pricey, also they have a built in Rechargeable LiIon battery that you cant replace, you have to have apple change it out once it goes bad. but other than that you can load text documents and it even has games on it. the downfall is that the 15gb doesnt come with the dockstation which is an extra $39, the 20 and 40 come with the dockingstation, which allows you to autosync with the computer and recharge it, you can also buy a modulator that will recieve FM stations on the iPod

one mp3 player to avoid as a whole is ANYTHING made by RCA, I sell mp3 players at Circuitcity and you wouldnt beleive the amount of people come back and ask me if I could figure out what was wrong with their RCA Lyra player, I've had 2 people in one week with the same problem.

one player you may wanna look at is made by iRiver, they make an awesome mp3 player, you can get a 128mb for about $129 and their 256 for around $179, they also sell a larger one..soemthing like a few gigs of memory but we dont have it at CC.

also a nice player is made by Creative, my friend bought the 40gb Creative Labs NOMAD player because its about the same price as a Ipod mini but with 36 more gigs of memory, also it can be used as a backup harddrive for your comp if it matters any to you, its easy to use, and durable (i dropped my friends and it didnt affect it much besides a scratch..and yes i felt like an ass)

ok I'm done with my sales pitch
