That depends. Have you done a leak down and compression test on the motor?

The stock pump is probably more than enough for that kind of boost.
(I wouldnt use the fmu) Have you looked into running the afc hack?

It uses a piggyback afc and larger injectors - lots of people have success w/ it.
You could get a used afc as low as $130...or spend over $300 for a new one (depending on where you shop).
(The ones made by Apex'i come in either a standard unit(safc) or one that controls the vtec point(vafc)...both have different features)
