They ride a little firmer than stock and softer than poly (theyre rubber)
They do not need constant lube
They are supposed to last longer than stock on daily driven vehicles due to the fact that the main rubber bushing is encased in a multi-layered covering (also rubber) which prevents overdrying/cracking on the inside. (Duration on competition vehicles are varied, of course)

The main thing is that they cost the same or even less than stock bushings (that you can only order through acura and not honda...dont ask me why) and still provide enough free movement. Whereas the poly's do not have full range and also run the risk of slipping out of place/sliding the pin side to side.
