Haven't seen Biker Boys, but saw Torque... Best part of the movie was the beginning when they were doing the twisties. After that, reality went downhill.
Can't really think of any other bad car-based movies other than F&F..
Good car-chase scenes: Ronin and the BMW chase scene in The Transponder.
