could be many things. mine did that and it ended up being bad piston rings. then my headgasket blew and cracked the blocked. all in a 4 months times. the white smoke was from burning oil. i never got the rings replaced. i figured let the 167,xxx motor blow and get a new one with less.
lets hope its something small.
