A hondata is a chiped STOCK ecu. If you buy the whole ecu/chipping service from them NO MATTER WHAT ENGINE YOU HAVE.... they send you a p28 ecu... it's the sohc d16z6 computer.
A chip isn't a piggyback. And if you get a "kenji" program and are running a gsr or type r it will run like a champ forever without ANY ability to change the maps. There are other programs which will run other motors better in a p28 than the stock computer for that engine will run it.

due to hondatas ability to be changed easily i never really viewed it as a "chip"... when i say "chip" i mean like.. "ebay SPOOM "performance" chip" not hondata which is NORMALY tuned for a specific setup
