If I were you I would just go through the exams and copy down everything you don't already know. Hopefully in your case the exam is cumulative and will cover the entire year. If you have like an 88 in there that would mean that you atleast know some of the stuff so you shouldn't have to copy down everything. But just go by the exams and copy down everything you don't already know, then you should do alright.
