I had an accident on my hatch, somethign like yours. I was acting stupid jumping from one side of the highway to the other passing cars doing like 75-80. Then when I jupmed the the left my steering locks up and I shoot right. I all of sudden jerked it left and found myself going down the middle of the highway. I was so damn lucky. The middle of the highway is a grass ditch. I didn't mess up anything at all. I was totally lucky.
