Best thing to do, really, is to tell the company owner that you don't like working there and he has 2 weeks to convince you otherwise, else you're gone. Give it to him in writing when you tell him.
If he pulls more "I'm too busy BS" then just remind him he's got 2 weeks to change your mind.
Unless he's just a total d*head and he's the reason you don't want to work there, in which case I'd just give him a letter explaining why you're quitting and gtf out.
