ever herd of the govt blue books.....after 10 years they have to release a blue book about almost everything they do...they dont have to put all of the information it it but they atleast have to give the basics of whats goin on........
go get the blue book on project apache and phase tectonics......then look for more about technology they "found" and "discovered"
read o couple of them.....couldnt tell you where to find um cause i borrowed mine from a friend
