i do, and i dont use enhancement stuff.. muscle needs protine* to rebuild. when you work out you tear muscle, and it repars and, you get a little more each time.. so what i do is after i work out is, go and cook about 3-4 eggs, coverd with cheese and hot sauce.. thats like pure protine... so far it has worked for me..
