i was out tonight with some local people that have cars that are best described as rice... an orange cavalier (new) with a funky body kit and big exhaust being the wildest. only a couple are interested in going faster... but that didn't stop them from doing a race down one of the larger streets in town... i'm kind of surpised that no one gets caught, i think they do this almost every night.
just parked in a parking lot and standing around talking, there were lots of people that drove by and yelled things that generally couldn't be understood because they were being yelled at about 40mph from the backseat of an envoy/trailblazer/big suv or smaller "family car." :sigh: the only impressive/fast car there besides mine was a 2002 s2000, and he only had a couple of minor things done to it so far.
