hmm thats a ton of mileage
although it is a Honda and if you said it was maintained well, and you keep on maintaining it well it could very well last much longer
is it a manual transmission or Automatic?
something you may have to watch for is the brakes and clutch and gears (if manual) they go in most old cars real quick

i don't think i'd honestly buy a car with more than 100,000miles on it because very often what will happen is you will spend more money fixing anything wrong with than what you originally paid for it
I bought my car at 96,000miles and found out that it needed 2 new motor mounts, and new brake rotors that overall cost...somethign like $500 i think...it's been awhile and I dont know where the reciepts are but make sure you have money in case these unexpected repairs are needed
one more question, has the car ever been in an accident?
watch for that, it is your grandparents so I'm pretty sure they wouldn't lie to you like mine would hah
