My friends and I always say lines from that movie.
And I know, Quevv, what it's like to deal with a$$hole customers on the phone. I hate how I have to be professional and nice to them when all I want to do is give them a little attitude. And they know they can get the best of us because if we lash out back at them, they could potentially get us fired. It sucks, I know!
