They're just bigger in size, like thicker in diameter when they are hard, kinda like when guys are thin or thick in the pleasure stick ( not length). I had my tounge done too but it really irritated me. It really swelled up and I had to have a really long bar. Never did crunch my teeth though. Never did get to....use.... it either.
