No problems really with my nose. I usually forget I have it until someone asks or it's piercing-cleaning-time. Mine is really small.
I've never heard of that before.. bigger nipples so you need a bigger needle? People who have more fat on certain parts, do they use a bigger needle for them? Outfreakinrageous! But hey, I could be wrong?
