#3 - Buy a new car.

#4 - Pay off the new car.

#5 - Pay on the house.

#6 - Pay some more on the house.

#7 - Pay off the house.

#8 - Be happy cause I have no more house payments..

(I wish I could pay off the house in 10 years.. Probably wont happen though. :o )
