I mean I don't mean to be brief about it but... a ex or si with those mods would run those times with a GOOD driver... the hx is as slow as a honda comes...

theres more to the story than ihe if those are his times... I could be wrong but that doesn't look right at all to me. (I"m not much of a 1/4 mile guy though)
