Let's see here...you can swap a VTEC head on your car but it's a real pain in the ass and not that reliable, it would be better just to get a complete motor D16Y8 (they aren't expensive at all) You can't swap any DOHC head on your block since your motor is SOHC in the first place. Forged internals would be a waste of money unless you are definitely going FI and yes, a new gasket would be a good idea if you're going FI (or double stack head gaskets to lower comp a little) With the wiring harness, you have to add a couple wires for VTEC solenoid, oil pressure sensor I believe and VTEC ground, you have to also drill a hole for the solenoid I believe and you have to use the ECU that came from the motor you got the head off of ex, if you got a head off a D16Z6, you would use the P28 ECU
