Yes the cops "CAN" get involved. Yes someone will see him (eventually) who knows whos car it is, or owns a particular car...if that person can keep a level head...they will call the cops...if not your friend will 1) get shot 2) get his ass beat within and inch of his life 3) number 2 and cops 4) all of the above
Dude...either tell him to knock it off for HIS sake...or tell the cops what he's doin. Think about if someone took your $1000+ wheels and tires.
