FAT32 for partitions..

A long time ago I read it was a good idea to have your secondary partitions in FAT32.. But I cannot remember why..
NTFS on primary partition.

Anyone know??

What file system do you use for your secondary partitions.. Besides obvious reasons(security, large file manageability, error tolerance.. )
