ms.......try taking melatonin a half hour befoe you go to bed. it is a natural occuring chemical that our brains make, it is over teh counter and sold with all the vitamins. start off slow with 1 mg, then if needed you can go up to 3-6 mg. if you have any questions feel free to pm me.
