heres a basic guideline when factoring in insurance liability costs..

the more power, the smaller the body, the more "attention grabbing color", the more money.

Its an inverse relationship.. for example.

the less power, the larger the body (say, 4 door), the more boring the color (say white.), the less money.

A civic has a lot of potential, but then again so do most cars.

You will not be able to afford the car + insurance .. considering the type of car you are "looking to get"

.. whats wrong with your car now?

other than the wing. haha jk.

Keep your car, save, swap it, turbo, nitrous, whatever.. It'll still come up cheaper than selling your car, getting a new one (or different), and paying for insurance.
