yeah, the motors they get are nice, they are under-staffed like you said so it sometimes takes a little longer. i'd be willing to wait for a quality motor too!
the cleanest motors i've seen are from import auto salvage, i've even seen them send a bag of every bolt you will need for the swap. the price you pay there warrants that type of service though.
