HSTuners - View Single Post - OMG, Can't browse HS Forums from home....

I have no idea, but I can't browse HS forums or HS websites at all from home. I get the generic page cannot be displayed message. I've tried windows updates, IE settings, everything I can think of besides reinstalling Win2000. WTF. HELP.
