Why not upgrade the fuel system? Fuel makes power. Besides if you're swapping the engine, you might as well pop all the goodies on while you're at it.

fuel makes power in the right proportions, if you throw 30lb injectors on a stock mustang you are hurting it, or in you throw like 550cc injectors on anything other than a 10 second supra, lol. a regulator can only do so much to help the flow.
i wouldnt throw bigger injectors on a stock B18c5 but thats just me (of course, thats why i dont drive a honda
cause i would know something about it, lol )
