In his shoes i would turbo, boost 10-14psi (and all thats needed to do that), enjoy the power he gets from that and when hes gotten used to that much more power then think about adding an no2 system. You have to remember, a turbo is always there, you can run out of no2.

They don't have a turbo for his car...
so it'd be crazy expensive for him a custom setup...
