At first, I chose Honda kind of by accident. When I turned 16 my mom had this old beat up 84 Prelude that she let me drive till my dad found me something else. I LOVED that 'ol thing. hehe, looked like poo, but it was a car & I was 16.
Then, my dad told me one day that he'd found this CRX & I'd only seen the 1st Gen CRXs so I was like
NO WAY! I don't wanna see it! But dad said well...we'll go look, if you still don't like it, we'll keep looking.
So I said:
fine. So, we went to look on the night of November 10, 1997 & when I saw it, I immediately fell in love with it. I knew right then I had to have it. The next day I went & pulled $3,000 from my savings & wrote the man a check.
The rest is history. My car & I have been together since November 11, 1997. I couldn't be happier.
