TN isn't seeming to bad. 18 and 5% tint seem to be a problem in only one area of Memphis. I think more guys are getting tickets for distastefulness when they did their car rather than the car itself
Of course our police don't encourage street racing...but if you show you have a lil' something under the hood, they'll usually pull over the loser.
