I finally saw that MTV true life: I'm a street racer - thing, and dayam, bunch of cars got flagged down, they popped the hood, saw the CAI, and since the guy did not have the tag of certification, it was illegal. They also got him for having a 'modified' exhaust and of course, his car was dropped too low. 22" from the center of the headlamp to the ground. he was at about 18.

And this is in san diego (where it was filmed)... i'm not too far from there, and hell, a lot of cops live around me. i hate it.
