How to post a pic

Ok...I'm not a comp. wiz! How do you post pics on a website like this one. I have been wanting to put a pic of my car on here, but I don't know how to do it. HELP!!

You can also just hit reply and click the IMG button for the same result.

You can also shrink them and attach them via the attach button when you reply.
