adjustable springs

Hi,
My car is currently dropped 2 1/4" with regular lowering springs. I tried to put camber kits on to correct my camber (tires wear out at 13,000 miles) but could not because my car is dropped to low--if I did the wheels would rub too much against my wheel wells. What I want to do is get the adjustable coilcovers/springs. Two questions:

1) how hard is it to do yourself?

2) how would i know that all 4 were adjusted to the same level
so that the car would be even? Are there measurement
notches on the springs to where I would know that each side
was lowered say 1 3/4 or 2"? Obviously, the car being
imbalanced is a concern.

Any input would be appreciated. Since everyone seems to include specs of the car, I guess I'll do the same

it is not that hard to do it by yourself. as for measurement notches they do not exist. just measure the sleeve with a tape

you can just measure the drop you want before you install the springs by measuring the sleeve like hondaman said they shouldnt be too hard to install if you put your lowering springs in yourself? Your going to either need to buy or rent a spring compressor and just some ordinary hand tools pretty easy if you take your time also youll have to let me know if your camber comes out we did a friend of mines crx and even with the camber kit the alignment wouldnt come out right
