the earth is round and it's night only the part that is not exposed to the sun. on the other side should be daylight, plus there are a lot of cluds around the world everyday, and in that picture it seems to be all clear. anyway the picture is cool so i got is as my background :cool:

Yeah, I realize what I wrote sounds funny, you assbags. :D But you know what I mean. And if you guys have seen any pics of nebulas, they're ****ing awesome. Do a search on Google, and you'll find some amazing stuff. Ain't outerspace amazin'. . . .

And I just remembered something. I wrote "earth-at-night" because that's the picture's caption. So bite me. :cool:

The way they most likely do those shots is take it piece by piece when it is night at the part of the world they need to take a pic of. Then just bring it all together as one pic

that sure wasn't 56k friendly... not that I have one :bandit:
