eibach springs

I have heard good things and eibach springs. I really wanna get them. The only problem is they cost like 200 dollars. I have a good deal for tenzo springs for only 89 bucks, but am guessing they suck. should I get the tenzo's?? Or does anyone now of a cheap place to buy eibachs.

They're on Groupbuycenter.com for 35% off retail and free shipping.

Get something you can trust.. If you have to save a little longer to do it, then do. Its not worth wasting 100$ because you didnt want to pay 200$.

I like my eibachs, they ride really nice. Especially with my Koni [yellow] shocks.

Don't like Eibachs?

I will tell you that the H&R's are stiffer adn you can really feel the response difference. I have no complaints about the Eibachs I had either.....

More than likely. Especially if you get rid of your stock rims.....

2000civicexcoupe 07-17-2002 03:39 PM

damn, what's the lowest without rubbing on a 2k civic coupe. I really need to lower badly, I wish I could even go 2 inches.

First off, why? Why do you need to lower your car 2 inches?

AzCivic 07-17-2002 08:56 PM

I have a 94 civic and its lowered 2" and mine doesn't rub at all. But I only have 15" rims, depends on what size rims you want or have.

So he can pick up trash and dead animals all day long, and ruin his suspension... duh!;) :D

It looks so phat when it's lower like 2 inches on 17's. That's juat my opinion. I heard tantrum 17's have a +42mm offset. It's nt supposed to rub as much as the +40 mm motegi MR7's and they look exactly the same. Will I be able to lower it 1.75 with a +42mm offset???????

Racing Rice 07-18-2002 02:08 PM

I had the Tantrums, when I had skunkworks I never had a problem and I was sitting pretty low, but those are some pretty stiff spring rates and it rode like crap.

So to answer your question yes, its possible. Would I do it again.. No, but that just my opinion.;)

2000civicexcoupe 07-18-2002 02:22 PM

ok then, I think I will put a h&R 1.75 inch drop on my tantrums

2000civicexcoupe 07-18-2002 02:37 PM

will that work?
