With cloth seats (I'm assuming?), did you try a carpet steamer? I have friends that use them with pretty good results, but I've only used them on my floors.

4jacks 05-17-2002 10:52 PM

Hey ! I work at the Home Depot to.. I'm the Department sup of Floor and Wall

That sux about your seats.. Try Spot Shot .. that stuff Rocks... its $3.49 in the carpet section.

yelizardking 05-20-2002 12:55 AM

ShEaNy 05-20-2002 08:10 PM

k well i mean that ..ITS IN THERE GOOD ..lol i mean .. it ain't coming out with just water and a cloth.. which is usually how i get stains out cause i catch them within seconds after it happens
but i need that cleaner stuff probably now...its been a month..lol

4jacks 05-20-2002 10:18 PM

have you try Oxi Clean????

Maxvla 05-21-2002 02:00 AM

94 hatch? its about time to have it detailed no? a quick 100 bucks and you'll be in love with your car all over again.

yelizardking 05-24-2002 01:46 AM

what does detailing usually include? and i'm not too sure about that oxy clean stuff. i bought some thinking it was going to clean my shes and damn it sure as hell didn't. it cleaned them but i had to struggle like a dumbass. but then again those are shoes and a car seat is something diff. hmm i might look into that. thanks

4jacks 05-27-2002 02:44 PM

my wife loves oxyclean

It depends on what you need to have done to get detailed, if thier taking oxidized stuff off your paint it's going cost more, just a regular detail, wash wax buff, interior fully cleaned and vacuumed, they get a lot of your stains out. that's about 100. Check around before you just take it to any place though .

KwikR6 05-29-2002 11:51 AM

If I was to do that.....which I did...but with poweraid...just get a carpet cleaner....you can rent them...or take it to a dealership..get someone to detail your car....spend some money...while your at it...wax it....make your car look neewwwwww again

Maxvla 05-29-2002 12:26 PM

detail = god touches your car

makes everything sparkly again, looks new.
usually includes a billion things i'll just highlight a few... wash/wax, shampooed seats/floors, reconditioning your vinyl, etc.

WELL worth 100 bucks.

yelizardking 05-31-2002 03:15 AM

this detaling sound exellent and all so very tempting but then i remember my carpet is um messes up to say the ;east, my airbags have been poped, some domb ho hit me on the right side and some other hater hit me on the other side in the parking lot while i wasn't there ohh is he or she one lucky person. and my front bumper is kinda scraped. so i don't think it would be a good investment for my car. and i'm going for all go no show. like i once said to a friend "you body kit isn't going to win you the race" hehe

ShEaNy 06-03-2002 02:09 PM

but i bet ur freind didn't hear the saying "That body kit will get the ladies" :D :D

yelizardking 06-04-2002 02:19 AM

i can care less about the ladies my car can get. if you need a car to get ladies well all i got to say is i feel sorry for you buddie.

yelizardking 06-04-2002 02:21 AM

and let's just say the body kit get you the lady big deal. how about when you are with the lady and you get smoked by a car who's body is stock. now wouldn't that be pretty embarrasing.

4jacks 06-04-2002 08:42 PM

It's not that embarrassing.... You just don't race when your on a date, I would always get rev'ed on sportin my probe, I would simply ignore them till they took off and then say to my date.... "oh look, he thinks he's racing..... WOW I bet he's winning." This makes the gurl think your car is super fast :bandit:

yelizardking 06-05-2002 02:55 AM

man, i bet you wish the girl would think that but in reality we all know she's thinking you have a slow car and thinks your a wussy.
