how do i remove them???????? just pull off????

I would say get a heat gun or blow dryer..also some good natural spirits to remove the sticky from the paint.

Just heat the stripes and pull them off. Once off use the solvant to remove the sticky stuff and you will be done. I would advise a wash and god wax after..
