Should I buy a V-AFC now?

Hey guys,

I saw a really great deal for a V-AFC. I was wondering that I'm eventually going to get it after I start modding the engine with I/H/E, turbo, N20, blah blah blah..., but since I prolly won't see this deal for a long time (maybe never) should I buy it now? What can I expect from it on a stock engine? Any advantages? Also, I have a warranty, but since its not mechanical will it void it? Thanks!

well not to sure about the warranty.

if is that great of a deal BUY IT!!!!!! you can use and get use out of it w/ the stock engine. You can change the Vtec kick in and air/fuel djustments.....

these are things you could benefit from now and down the road...I say GO FOR IT!!! IMO

 ;) ;) ;)

hmm.. it depends which route u r going..
if u r going to turbo it HARD, i mean changine internals too, then VAFC is not a choice...
but if turbo is a LONG way to go, then don't buy it...

UNLESS it is a KICK ASS DEAL, u can buy it, then wait for a while
if u don't use it, sell it and make the profits :)

well the price is $300 for it... so I dunno. Anyone know about the warranty part though? Thats the only thing stopping me right now.

$300 isnt an outstanding price. they are/were on groupbuycenter.com for that price. it cant void your warranty unless it is the cause of the problem - however they'll put up a big fight about working on anything dealing around the V-AFC. and dyno tuning that is a great idea - which is costly.
