need help in an upgrade

What up kids? I need your help. I have had my Civic for about a year now. When I first got it, I didn't have all that much money to spend, so I installed a Pyramid head unit, and Pyramid 6.5's and 6x9's. Well, now I need to upgrade. I have about $450 to spend. I want a new head unit, and all new speakers. I am seriously considering the purchase of a Panasonic CQ-DF601, and some Infinity Kappa 6.5's and 6x9's. The final cost would come close to $450 if I got the Kappa's off of eBay. Give me some ideas of other options that I have. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

IMO i don't like the grainy kind of graphics on the panasonics. if you want go ahead and get it. its your money. but persoanlly i would agree with Maxvla and go with a pioneer. bang for the buck is good. also if you can find it, nakamichi is good. i LOVE mine. Kappa's are good speakers for the internal amp or a moderately sized external amp. also very good for the money.
