Coil Overs
Hi! I am new to this!
I just got Tenzo Mean6 18's. I need to know what coil overs should I get??? |
What kinda driving are you wanting to do, and how much are you looking to spend.

Yup, we need to know how much you'll want to spend, because true coilovers (spring/strut are together) will be much better for handling, but will run much more money. |
I was looking into Tein.. I was just wondering if there is any other ones out there!
|
Tein makes very nice coilovers. Also, Tanabe has some good ones too. If I had the money, I'd get Teins for my car.
|
Thanks!! 94 Accord!!! :)
|
Koni coilover system is great @ $850
also, JIC coilover systems are the shizzle. cost more, but damn they are awesome. |
I heard Tiens are pretty stiff but very good.. Nuespeed, Koni, H&R, Apexi and many more... There are many that are as good and cheaper then the Tiens..
|
Thank for your help!!! :) :)
|
Let us know what you go with ... I'm going to need a drop in the future.. also..
|
I was planning on going with the teins for my 95 accord. I have heard that it is a really nice ride and it makes it even better with the adjustablity.

i've got the A'PEXi World Sport Damper Coilovers...they ran me around $950 and they are badass...i'd recommend them to anyone:yes:

Yeah, and if anyone's interested, you can get them at Rollhard now for around $820+S&H  |
so waht ARE coilovers... i know they're adjustable, but whats included... would you have to buy seperate shocks or whatnot?

With TRUE coilovers, the spring and strut are an integrated unit. The height is always adjustable, and on nicer models, you can change the damping also. This is the best way to lower your car, but it can cost big bucks. |
why is everything so damn expensive
|
I know right..
