Altezza's played out...
 

What do you think? I had them on my car and I took them off recently because everywhere I go, someone has them...and I am also sick of the way they look. Are there are new tail ligh designs out there?

Not really the only new taillight design you will find will be a taillight conversion...

Unless you want the Red/Clear look or stock...:crazy: ;) :yes:

rice is almost a matter of opinion

I don't think they are "rice" whatever you define that to be, but I do agree that they are played out. I prefer stock or red/clears personally.

altezzas = belong only on IS300 and a few other lexus cars

that is why it is named after the jdm toyota altezza

I still think that altezzas can look nice on some cars(usually light colored) but no matter what, its everyones choice. But yes they are being played out, there needs to be some new kinda design.

There actually called "Euro clears" slick and they will never be played out :)

i think that they look jusy fine on some cars!!! and every body seems to fell different about them! it is the same with some types of wings or body kits, some people may like them and others will not!!

I'm in the "I hate them" group. Keep it stock. Altezzas belong on cars with fart tip exhausts and aluminum spoilers.

No- I think they look great on the Lexus' they're supposed to be on.

im getting so sick of them im paying more attention to what exterior stuff i really do like. im actually thinking of abandoning spoilers just because they are soooo fake looking nowadays... (except the real racing wings)
this will actually play into my hands when building my sleeper sometime in the future... hmmm.... decisions decisions...

Well It's a Definite Love em or Hate Em type of thing,

But I personal Like them, With a Silver Car, DAMMIT i Need em , and my Wife really wants a pair for her Neon.

I dont think thier TOO overpaid, the only time I see them is going to the college and rolling though downtown on the Weekends, it's not one of those things G-Mom's sports.

Beside, my only definition of Ugly is STOCK. Being Different is definatly Swell, whether your Rice or Pasta. Now that they have the Carbon Fiber Euro's and the Clear Euro's and the Black Euro's You can still get a style to fit your Car.

I do think Custom Painting Your Tail's is Spiff... But it's too illegal to last for long, so the Euro's is a nice Legal Alternative.

its all a matter of opinion.. some cars they look good on.. some they dont. now that your local pepboys, autozone etc. carries them.. you will see them on every car you can think of.

your only alternative is doing a taillight conversion to stay away from the norm, thats what im doing.

i have a set of altezas for sale too.. hehe

i like the altezza's, but he's right, i think too many people have em, but i really dont see people with the other Euro lights, i kinda like them too
