Reasonable priced turbo?
 

Can I go to the junkyard and get a turbo off say an eclipse, then get the manifold. Will it work good and how much psi can an eclipse turbo put out?

an important thing to remember is that psi is not the only thing that will constitute power output. A better persective would be how much air the turbo can flow. As far as getting the turbo off a wrecked eclipse and then getting a manifold it will work how good it does work will depend on what condition the turbo is in and what manifold you use. If everything is in good shape and the manifold is a nice design im guessing that you could get near 300 horsepower out of one.
