paid off...
my credit card. thank god i hated citibank for a very long time. now im never getting another one. they ended up with an extra $375 of mine but now i never have to talk to them again.
|
how the hell did you let that happen?!
|
interest... beleive me im not holding it against them. when i got that card i was not in a position to be handed $1500 of credit and turned loose. paid off now though so i breath better
|
I love credit cards, though I never carry a balance; or cash for that matter.
I track all of my purchases, and rewarded for buying on a credit card and have alot more buy protection then if I used cash. |
Most of my profit sharing each year goes to the damned credit card. Paid over 3000$ this year again. shit
|
that's bad.. i'm soo good with my credit card and i have a $3500 limit haa
|
Oh shit, that reminds me...
|
i know what you mean. mine are almost maxed out for some reason

i was able to do that for the first 2 or 3 months, then i realized i didnt make as much as i wanted to spend, so i'd only pay minimiums, then the spiral started. im not never going to get a credit card, but im gonna have a real job before i do get another one. |
i use my credit card strictly for big purchases or purchases that i already have enough cash for
if i have $500 in my bank account..i'll put $300 on my credit card worth of purchaes and then just pay off half...then pay some at the minimum...then anothe rbig chunk to finish paying it off |
I hate using my fucking credit card. i only use it for certian purchases.
|
credit cards are great tool. Interest free money for 30 days. If you can learn to master your spend it will open many doors for you.
I will ern $1000 this year alone in cash backs from my major use credit card. Playing them smart really pays off. |
yes very true, i made the mistake of getting one while making about $150 a week and not adjusting my budjet properly as i wanted to spend my cash still, and have the CC. i just made the mistake of thinking i could juggle the payments while inceasing my spending without increasing my earnings... lesson learned. a very good one and it was alot cheaper than the same lesson people get with car payments, higher limit CCs and whatnot. if anything i know better how to manage money, debt, and credit
