Anyone seen this movie yet? I have a horrible head cold so I'm going to see it in a few hours instead of going to the bars... don't have my hopes up too high but at least want it to be decent...

it looks decent.

looked kinda dumb from the preview. the morning show here said it was pretty good, but they've been way off before so who knows.

i wanna see it, it seems good; but i read some reviews and everyone said it sucked.

What makes it look so dumb?

Any army movie is just a love story for guys...

Chances are this is another of the 100's of movies about some dude in the armed services fighting against the odds to make it...

And guess what They're going to make it and depending on your level of latent homosexuality you'll cry because he did.

Besides it's got Tyson as a lead charactor... how in god's name can it be good?

You must not have gone to see Jarhead... or ever seen Platoon or Full Metal Jacket, Midway, Thin Red Line or We Were Soldiers... Pearl Harbor is NOT a typical military movie.

Jarhead was pretty damn good. I'm not usually a huge fan of war movies, but it's not a typical war movie. I think only 1 person dies in the whole movie...at least visibly.

the man who drove a convertible eclipse and acts horribly makes it look dumb.

^Huh? I don't remember that happening anywhere in the movie.

Anyway, I will give it a 3/5 star rating. Kept me entertained and the acting was actually quite good, but the story line was very predictable and archetypal.

I'm going to see it on my days off. I want to see it. I think it'll be good. If you want it to be shitty. You can be pesimistic and pick it apart becuase one of the main actors in it did a movie in the past you didn't like. Or you can go in and enjoy it for what it's worth. A movie. Entertainment.

uh no, it was because he couldn't act worth a crap, maybe he got better. go see it you don't need to defend going to see it on here.
