yeah, so i'd need to take my mp3 player to a gas station from now on

10mL per 60hours of playtime! instant recharge! no batteries to throw away! no internal battery that goes bad making the device useless! sweeeeeet.

Just don't forget your bottle of Methanol.:D

AzCivic 10-07-2005 07:21 PM

you'd just keep it at home, if it gets 60hours of play time are you gonna run out of power all of a sudden?

if you listen to it 5hours a day, every day, you don't need to refill it for 12 days.

Crap, 60hrs for 10ml is crazy....that kind of consumption is just amazing to me. Granted, its not really doing a whole lot...but damn.
Very clever

i was thinking about getting an Ipod of somesort, maybe i'll just wait til this thing hits the market.

JDMFantasy2k 10-07-2005 10:39 PM

does it have an exhaust port?

breathe in some fumes an get all :stickman:

pdiggitydogg 10-07-2005 11:01 PM

It doesnt combust the methanol, which isnt really that fume-y anyways.

If youre looking at mp3, I really suggest checking out the iaudio x5, rather than ipod. For the same basic price, you get a lot more function and style (plus, originality points).
Sadly, its on my wish list, rather than a new HiMD ( ;( ) The features are too good to pass up
