Muffler tip dirty as hell....?!!?

alright i just washed and waxed Vicky and made her look pretty sexy...but my one question remains...what the HELL do you use to keep your chrome polished muffler tip clean? The inside edges are black as hell and it just looks plain gross! How do you/what do you use to get the black off and keep the shine?!

and for rims, what products do you use to make them noticable? (mine are like a greyish color)
