passed my ase engine repair tests a1-a6 failed a7, was hard as shit but i did it. anybody else going for/has thier ase certification, if so do you think it was worth it?

if you put it to good use?

is it a book test or do you really work on an engine?

That depends. I thought you were working on becoming a chef? I don't foresee anyone coming into your kitchen and asking you how to load bearing caps to their proper torque ratings. Then again, if you want to work as a mechanic, an ASE certification will get your foot in the door a LOT easier.

sure i am going to school to learn the history, and technigues of world cuisine, but after going through it, i realized it is not my passion anymore, i have always loved working on cars, so know i am.

so far just written exams.
